    • Design action plans

    • Identify and avoid obstacles to progress

What Does a Coach Do?

  • Believes the clients already know the answers to all their questions and challenges, even when the answers are hidden.
  • Listens carefully to what the clients say, as well as to what they don’t say
  • Asks powerful, thought-provoking questions to create new awareness for the clients and to help them use that awareness to design action plans that fit their specific goals.
